Lauren Robertson, owner and creator, is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Charleston, SC, with a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Baking & Pastry Arts, as well as, Foodservice Management.  The Cake Stand was a dream that Lauren baked up long before she graduated, but is now available for tasting!  Her experience comes from a wide range of events including everything from extravagant weddings and corporate parties to small birthdays and personal celebrations.
